Tracy began her career in the insurance industry, where she spent more than 13 years. She began as a claims examiner at J. Neal McDonald Cos. in Hamden, CT, where she gained experience on State of Connecticut worker’s compensation claims and later at Kemper Insurance of Wallingford, she focused on Commercial worker’s compensation claims. Tracy then moved to Aetna in Windsor, CT and rose to the level of Analyst. At Aetna, Tracy focused on commercial claims.

She maintains a Connecticut State license for Casualty Adjuster – all lines. Tracy manages the work flow of numerous teams of billers, collectors and coders.
